    3A Molecular Sieve

Molecular sieve is a porous material with a special pore structure that can selectively adsorb and separate gases or liquids based on the size and shape of the molecules. The widespread application of molecular sieves is attributed to their unique pore structure and high selectivity, which make them play important roles in gas separation, drying, catalysis, environmental protection, and separation of drugs and chemicals.

  • Aluminum spacer bar

    Performance:

High-frequency welded to eliminate seaming defect.

Double-row perforated: to guarantee the moisture adsorption

Free from grease contamination: complete compatible with sealants

Level and smooth notch: to get perfect connection

Bending performance optimized to guarantee sealing performance at corners

    No volatile from Color-profile

    Color fastness

  • Butyl Rubber Sealant

Butyl Rubber Sealant is one part polyisobutylene( PIB) based material, totally solvent free especially formulated for use as the primary seal in insulating glass unit. It allows for minimum water vapor, gas permeation and has excellent adhesion built up on glass and metal spacer. It is comparable to conventional FINOTECH secondary sealants.

  • Hot Melt Butyl Sealant

Very low water vapor and gas permeability Improved temperature resistance in the insulating glass,Optimisted adhesion to glass and the fine sealant due to additional chemical bonding.Fast cooling and quick drying soon.

  • Two-component silicone sealant

Two-component, neutral cured at room temperature and curing time adjustable.

    Movement capability: ±20%.

    High elasticity and high modulus.

Excellent resistance to high & low temperature and air aging.

Excellent adhesion to most building materials without primer.

No corrosion to the surface; no pollution to the environment.
